I have been a client of Standard Bank the Glen for over 5 years. I find it very difficult to understand that my bank can't help me in the time of need. I needed to increase either my overdraft or revolving loan to allow my
debit orders to go through to avoid unpaids. My bank cannot help me with that. Has it ever occured to some people with authority within banks that some of us are where we are because of retrenchment? I was even declined when I applied for consolidation in June/July. The staff working with consolidation was so very rude, I decided to just keep quiet. Talk about customer service, I'm a very frustrated client.
