Just spent at least 10 minutes on the line after navigating through a labyrinth of consultants to get some assistance. I sent emails to [Email Removed] stating the nature of my incident relating to my insurance claim. I have a scratch and paint insurance with you people and none of your consultants have bothered to call me to assist me. It took me 5 minutes to sign up for the thing but it's taking you guys forever to assist me.
My payments are up to date so please get someone to assist me with my claim or terminate the policy seeing as it has been rendered moot.
PS: Get the consultants who know what they are doing for everyone's sake.
