Bad Customer service

I did an insurance claim that took the store 8 months to proceed. After going back to the store on numerous occasions, known of the staff assist me properly. I then requested to speak to the manager on duty, Riaa De Beer then came to assist. She then told me not of the sale consultants are there to assist me with a insurance claim they are all just sales people. thereafter she shouted at me and told me to leave her store. I lodge a complaint with the complaints department and the insurance people and I was just send a unit less than the amount of my lost handset and no further follow up. it is really unpleasant to think that retailers operate like this.
