Andrew resolved my query which was unattended since the previous day when i reported a car break-in incident.several consultants promised me a call back to assist me in lodging a claim and they never kept the promise. he went an extra mile by assissting me to register on line and make a claim online as my car was towed without any claim and no communication was send to me by previous consultants.
