NEDBANK does not care of their clients!!! A hail damage Insurance claim dating back to 8 November 2012 has NOT yet been resolved. 5 months later. Numerously emails were forwarded to: [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] NEDBANK does not follow up or take responsibility of their appointed claims department. I would like NEDBANk to explain why they do not make an effort to ensure that their customers are satisfied and why they do not reply on my emails. What is your priority NEDBANK? In addition, kindly explain what do we do with the damages incurred due to the items not fixed timeously, which is not covered under my Homeowner's insurance policy.
