6 months have gone since my car engine bay had caught alight, numerous investigations and investigators questioning me, emails to the directors, meetings with Renasa and 6 months of frustration with Renasa. they service is absolutely pathetic with regards to paying, they have tried everything to not pay but have nothing to stand on to do so, they reports are based on assumptions with no facts. private investigators hired by Renasa have led to me getting vulgar phone calls from people I know, which the investigator called without my knowledge. Renasa have done nothing to apologise. 6 months with all the investigations n interviews they are still unable to come to a conclusion. Sent them an email with a 7 day deadline before we go legal, they have not responded with the 7 days. they are the most inconsiderate unethical company to deal with!!! My car is in their storage facility which has now been smashed n damaged, yet the car is on my name, it does not belong to them! this is how they treat a clients property, its pathetic! RENASA INSURANCE IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AS THEY SHOW COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR CLIENTS!
