3rd Party Claims Service

Basically a short summary of my disgust on the matter is...
1) I sent through CCTV footage of the incident which proves that their client was in the wrong.
2) The CCTV Footage clearly shows that their estimated damage to their client's vehicle is a lie.
3) Their client to me on several occasions about who he is, where he works and his insurance details. And delayed the process by almost a month
4) RENASA clearly inflated the damages to their client's vehicle
5) My Vehicle (A NEWER MORE EXPENSIVE MODEL) apparently has less damage.
6) RENASA won't pay my damages because their client has more damages.
7) The Childish 60/40 apportionment ratio to which RENASA worked.
[(my damages x 0.6) / (Client Damages x 0.4)] I would love to mention the difference in the totals of this sum so people can see how this number was inflated so no payment had to be made.

The fact of the matter is that this claim was handled pathetically by RENASA and I strongly feel that this might turn into a civil matter if I do not get a decent response. I truly hope RENASA cleans their act up and handles my claim the way it should have been handled from the start.
