I bought a 2014 Model Rav4 through NTT Delmas. NTT recommended me to insure the Rav through Renasa instead of the isurance company all my other cars is insured with. During Christmas we went to Cape Town and a taxi made a illegal u- turn and bumped my car. I immediately reported the accident to Charlene Duvenhage Insurance representative NNT Headoffice. On our return I made contact with Charlene on the 6 January 2014 to start the process. I got approval to take the vehicle to Rubicon Panelbeaters in Krugersdorp to obtain a quote and the quote with photo's, claim form and all required documentation was submitted. I received feedback from Charlene that the assessor will complete his report digitally based on the photo's. This morning I followed up again and was informed by Charlene that the assessor require more photo's and that I have to take my car back to Rubicon to enable them to take the required photo's and submit back to the assessor. Is that the service you get from Renasa that it is to much of a effort for the assessor to physically inspect your car but rather work on photo's and how accurate can that be, but in this case keep on asking for more photo's.
