TOTAL DISREGARD FOR SERVICE DELIVERY

We had an armed on 10 December 2012. Vehicle and goods were. It has been six weeks now and our insurance STILL has not paid out and we cannot get acceptable responses anywhere. The main reason given ALWAYS is that Renasa are waiting for Oxford Loss Adjusters! I work for myself and am dependant on phone, laptop, 3G card, car etc. They have only replaced the laptop thus far. I cannot believe organisations like these are still in business. We are definitely moving away from Renasa and I suggest to anyone out there that has insurance with Renasa - move quickly somewhere else BEFORE you need to claim!
