We had a hail damage claim on our Toyota corolla. Damage occurred on 28 Nov 2013 at the Coca Cola dome Northgate. Hail damage to car body and a cracked windsceen. We submitted our claim to our insurance brokers Arena Insurance group on 2 Dec 2013. We were told to take the vehicle for assessment to Automagic in Honeydew.
The gentleman took pics and said would submit the report to renasa. We keep getting feedback that renasa are still awaiting assessment report. We then took vehicle to another panel beater and received quote that we submitted to brokers. Renasa are still awaiting assessment report??
Renasa are quick to our premiums but slow to pay out and resolve a claim!! It will soon be 2 months and still not resolved... Very disappointed but then again all insurance companies are rip offs!!
