I try to withdraw a R1000 from an ATM and only a slip came out reading amount requested R1000 amount dispersed R0. I tried again and the same message printed on a slip. The next day when I checked and there was a R2000 missing called them and they only reversed a R1000. Went into the branch and they told me to fill out a form which i did. It's been 2 and a half months and still no response the agents at card division also dont have a clue of what to do in such instances very poor service indeed.
