NON REFUND FROM ERROR AT ATM

On the 26/03/2013 i have made use of the FNB Atm from inside my company to withdraw an amount of R1000, on the atm slip it printed an message to say that " we have encountered a problem- please contact your branch for assistance" i did not recieve the money from the atm. i contacted absa and spoke to numerous agents regarding having the money refunded back into my account without any success.

* Radene - 03/04/2013
* amanda - 04/04/ 05/04/2013 11/04/2013
* Josef - Absa agent who promised the money would be paid in on the end of the day
* Siya - FNB agent - he confirmed to have spoken to Absa to arrange refund
* Jabo - Absa promised on friday 12/04/2013 to have it pay backed into my account of the end of the day

since 26/03/2013 till now 15/03/2013 i have had no success for a refund, im a single lady with no additional income and could not pay my rent in full due to the shortfall of the R1000. i only get empty promises.

my ref number : 2283021
i am not getting any positive respond from either banks and is in need to have this resolved as soon as possible. The service is horrific
