Complete the aplication and wait (1 month)

Its the old story of smoke and mirror's -we can do all these great things for you if you bank with us, just do not ask for feedback. I applied for a bond with FNB e-mailed [Email Removed] on the 1 November 2013, I phoned in to explain that Standard bank listed me on ITC for a creditcard that was paid in 2011 and Standard bank give me all the documents to state it is there error and that they will delete my name from ITC. Chahida the lady I phoned said no problem I must complete application and e-mail back to her. On my offer to purchase, the purchaser have 14 working days to get there finance, e-mailed everything through the 22 Oct 2013 and then asked 4 times via e-mail to please let me know what is happening, today is the 2 Dec 2013 with the joy of not one e-mail to say that they want or do not want to finace me. SA home loans helped me with in 10 days and I do not even bank with them, Thanks FNB excellent marketing but no service.
