Poor consideration for customers

I find it hard to belief that 70 days has passed but my application is not yet finalised. how standard bank explains this, a couple of days after i wrote a complain, i was then informed (by email dated Fri 3/1/2013) that the pay slips i provided were corrupted by the system, the following Mon 3/4/2013 i reply via email with all pay slips as an attachment, strange, the same day standard bank acknowledge to have received my mail, now Sat 3/16/2013 here comes a mail from standard bank and now its not only the payslips... can someone explain why do i need to resubmit everything again
