I am a bond account holder and receive my bond bank statement through the post.
On the 17th of April 2013 I sent an e-mail to [Email Removed] to find out if it would be possible to receive my statement via e-mail (instead of in paper format; posted).
To this date I have not received any feedback.
I forwarded the same e-mail to the same address, but added [Email Removed] as well.
I wanted to complain on the website, but dont have my account number with me (which apparently is compulsory).
I believe an e-mail could be sent at a fraction of the posted version
