I made an arrangement for a reduced installment for three months from the end of November until the end of january to my suprise on the 28th of November the whole amount was debited despite having made arrangement on time. I phoned their contact centre on the same day I spoke to Chantelle who promised that she wil submitt my refund request I then phoned the next day only after speaking to three people I spoke lizelle who was excellent but im suprised I still dont have my refund and as a result my bank had penalised me for unpaid debits and my cell phone provider had suspended my phone.
Please can I have my refund urgently!!!
