My installment is R451.00 but i cannot afford to pay the full installment because i lost my job but i agreed on paying R230.00 of which im paying, midnight they debited R451.00 of which i never agreed to i spoke to Sam the supervisor he says that i will never get a refund and according to my knowledge if a customer cannot afford to pay the full installment the service provider should accept a reasonable amount of which i was paying half of the installment monthly. this is the second time this happens and when i request a refund they say that i wont get a refund this is unacceptable the cannot debit a amount that i never agree to I WANT MY REFUND OR I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER and i want them to cancel the debit order. Sam says that he listened to the recording and i agreed to upon paying R230.00 for the month of July but there was no arrangement for August thats why R451.00 was debited but i never agreed to why didnt they call me to make a arrangemt or check if do i still want to settle the account? this is unacceptable.
