I made an arrangement for my home loan for the october payment for an amount of R1500. to my suprise on friday as i look at my current account. i see they have debited the full amount and not my arrangment amount.
i called the call centre friday but could not get helped, i was told they have to motivate a refund but its not promising. none is taking accountability seeing that its an internal error and therefore they should fix it and refund me as i have a reason why i made an arrangement to manage my finances.
i find this totaly unacceptable can somone fix this and refund me.
