FNB Smart Device Disaster PART 2

Referring to my 1st complaint!!! Which is still not resolved!!!
Wow I am amazed at the incompetence!!! How can you people phone me and tell me its cancelled but the next day it gets delivered after I have placed a new order for the iphone 5s??? Pathetic!!! I sent it back with the courier and did not sign for it! Get your ducks in a row!!!

You people have now added the iphone 5 and iphone 5s to my FNB account!!! And I don't have one of those phones!!! I did not accept the iphone 5 as you idiotic people cancelled it!!! Now you want to bill me for it??!!! I was told this account will be removed yet it is still there!!! If you people bill me for this phone (iphone 5) i will drag your sorry to court!!! And I will close all my accounts with FNB!! Worst bank ever!!! STOP phoning me everyday and telling me it has been resolved when it has not been resolved!!!
