Smart Device Disaster!!!

Totally disappointed in the very unprofessional manner FNB has treated my new smart device order! I received a call yesterday confirming delivery of my device, and a few minutes back a person from FNB phones me saying they have discontinued the iPhone range. (Never the less when you log onto FNB they entire iPhone range is there) I then ask her why, she has no answer!! I then phoned FNB call centre, who gave me this number to phone: 0861 000 804, and they then gave me this number: 087 736 7119, and guess what? STILL NO ONE COULD PUT ME IN CONTACT with the right people!!! I got an email address, like that will help. I am seriously considering closing my platinum cheque account, my platinum credit card and also my discovery platinum credit card!
