I am fuming! On the 25 September 2013 someone took R1000 out of my account at an ATM, the weird thing was that I had my card on me and I had my secret pin number in my head! The had managed to withdraw cash without a card or pin number! I reported the incident within minutes of the crime, cancelled cards etc- i was told that the department would contact me, which they did and i gave them all the details. then began my numerous efforts to find out when they are going to repay me my money, numerous calls (at my cost), visits to the bank and broken promises have achieved nothing and yet still I have not been paid back! I have had it! I am firstly going to spread the word about the complete lack of service and then I am going to move all my investments elsewhere!
