Pending query since 10th September 2013, had my card cancelled telephonically as it had been, there was a withdrawal done on my account. The following day I had been to the Gateway branch to report the incident, I had requested my card to be sent through to Gateway and not Briardene, I had also updated my contact details and was issued a case number. I have been making numerous calls to the department, i was informed that they have no information on my transactions since May 2013!!! Yet I had used the card up to and including the 10th September when the incident happened and despite me updating my contact details at the branch, they still had incorrect details! I then went to Briardene this past Saturday, despite me saying please send the card to Gateway, they sent it to Brairdene and i was baffled as nobody wanted to assist me with my query. I have sent an affidavit through to Standard Bank, I cannot be making numerous calls to follow up on a simple thing like getting back to a customer. I am utterly disappointed with the pathetic service. please resolve this case matter as I am not prepared to wait another few weeks for an answer!!!
