COLD, HEARTLESS AND BANK

I made use of the credit card facility and paid my monthly payment that was due every month. Then i got retrenched and informed them my payment would be less as i got another job but pay was less. In the end i got retrenched again and informed them i would pay what i could pay. Got a call saying i had to ask my family or friends to help me pay off the account. How redicilous. After struggling to get a job after 14 months i got a job and phoned the attorney i was handed over to, to tell them i will be paying R1000 a month. Not good enough as they want R1800. If i pay R1000 they still going to charge me 21% interest. When am i ever then going to get the account cleared? I've phoned the Ombudsman, waiting for a reply as well. This is a rip off as i have explained to them i did not have a job, but they charged me interest. Two of my other accounts were good with it to stop my accounts until i get a job. But for FNB it is to much asked and they dont have a little bit of concederation to someone who does not have a job and trying to get something sorted out. To whom can i go and sit and talk and try to get this person to understand what im going through? Please help!!!
