I Placed an order for a laptop through FNB, the order was approved and i received the sms via my cell to say so.
a day later I called the courier company to arrange delivery time and was then informed that my order was cancelled due to no stock being available, i received no formal o informal communication from FNB stating this.
I have had to spend the entire day phoning FNB staff to follow up on the progress of all the alleged ecalations they have made and it has been a complete waste of time and money on my part as I still have no feedback concerning my laptop orde
