SMART DEVICE ORDER

I place an order about 3-4 weeks ago for 2 Samsung Tablets, It was approved and was told that delivery was on its way, the courier called me, to arrange delivery, Since then, I have not heard from anyone. I called FNB to query why its taking so long, only to be told now, after almost a month, that they dont have stock! Because of FNB' s incompetent staff who took so long to assist me that's the reason why there's no stock. No one even bothered to call me regarding this, I queried it with numerous calls/reference numbers. I am not happy with an email and the poor apology from FNB. At the time when I ordered the tabs there was stock available, no one told me there is stock shortage. Now ur easy way out is to blame stock shortage after weeks of waiting for something I ordered as a surprise for my kids. This is totally unacceptable. I have been unhappy with FNB poor service so maybe nows the time to move all my accounts! I expect better assistance and a better solution for the inconvenience caused. Why call me offering something and then breach the contract?
