Changing of contact details

I went into the Sandton city branch, months ago (even next year). To change my contact details. Now months further they still have not changed this! And the odd thing is that I sat infront of the person and still I am not receiving my statements at my new address, cannot make transfers as I do not receive my one time password on my new phone number!! I took my time to go into this branch and still they did not do it correctly. Now I am wondering and what is it that I pay 99 rand for???
