I have been with Standard bank for a few years now. about 3 years ago i changed my residential address and about two years ago I changed my postal address.
But ever since I changed my details I still don't receive my statements!
My statements still goes to my parents postbox!

I have updated my details on the phone and I went into the bank for this.
everytime they assured me that my details have been updated and that I will receive my statements to my postal address.

BUT still nothing.

My parents still receive my statements and I really do feel this is bad!

I have never had any problems with Standard Bank but now!
