Six months ago i did a change of address at the Primrose branch. On Monday the the 24th June i requested bank statements for my business account as I have until Friday the 28th June to submit to the auditor for him to submit my trust account to the EAAB or I will be fined R500. On Monday I discovered that they did not change my address so I had to go back to the branch and change it again. On Wednesday I still had not received the statements and phoned again, I was told that by Wednesday afternoon I would receive them, on Thursday I phoned again and was told someone would contact me. Today Friday still nothing, and phoned again and was told someone would contact me regarding my the address that is incorrect. Well I am already fined the R500 and I will probably pay R20 per page on the statements when I one day get them, but the good news is that I will be changing banks, not that they would care, but Ill feel better about not having to deal with incompetent staff.
