Incompetent staff at Telkom

In April of this year the primary contact for all accounts payable in our company left the company.
I then phoned Telkom to change the primary contact to my contact details.
They advised me that I had to go into a Telkom branch with a signed letterhead confirming the change, our Company registration details and my passport as form of identification.
I went into the Telkom branch in Musgrave shopping centre to do this and a month later found out it still hadn't changed. I then went back to re-submitt the documents at the same branch. I then had to call Telkom to change our bank details and I was unable to do so as they still had not changed the primary contact to myself even though I have been in twice now to formally make this change. I know have to go back a 3rd time with these forms to once again change it as I originally did back in April of this year.
This is shocking service and a total waste of my time as I have no idea what Telkom are doing as they confirm when I am in branch that my details have been changed.
They are useless.
