INCORRECT ADDRESS ON CLIENT

I have previously asked that FNB contact their client to get updated address details from him, as I am receiving confidentail bank statements and I do not know this person. Celeste responded that contact was made and this has been sorted. I again received a bank statement, and was informed by Petro Ankersmit that I must phone help desk to get my details removed from their client's records. I am taken aback to receive such a response and really worried about confidentiality policy at FNB - if I can phone in and get "my" details removed from someone else's account, a person who I do not even know, can anyone phone in and change details as they want? And the new physical address for their client? Or am I supposed to provide this information as well, on an unknown person? PLEASE call your client and get this sorted. If you can not get hold of him, please change the statement status so that you do not send this out by post.
