Please help!!!

I have been struggling for more than 1 month now to sort my cheque account that is on hold at the bank. I have been asked to call this number and than that number, and nobody is able to assist. I am a HUGE FNB fan but currently I am so frustrated with the service I receive from FNB in this regard.
