On the 21 of this month we received a phone call from 0873530540. At this point i was not available and my wife answered the call, only to be told that the phone call is for me and that they would phone on my cell. After that the phone was slammed down in my wifes ear. We tried to call the number back, but it is remaining engaged. FNB, we want to know to whom does this number belong. Also we are trying to get hold of your cheque account division to no avail. Placed on hold twice for 30 min!!! FNB, we are moving our portfolio away asap.
