I had a cheque deposited into my bank account with special clearance. Needless to say it didn't happen. Numerous request followed to no regard. Excuses ranged from: Cant get hold of cheque, Person working with this gone home, other branch problem, I will call you back, we working on it...
Hope the public take notice that FNB is only in advertising something, real life they!!!
ooh... Guess what? Im a platinum account holder... actually 6 accounts with them and they cant even clear a cheque...
