Breach of Confidenciality&NOT treating client fai

Dear Absa

I have an AVAF account with U & have recently fell into arrears since August 2013 due to being unemployed for an extended period of time.
I made minimum payments since then monthly
On 05/11/2013, I get a call from A RUDE, UNRULY staff, Abbey Modisokeng, SHOUTING @me that he's taking my car (NOT treating customers fairly)
He gave me NO chance to explain my predicament & behaved this way in front of a guard in our complex (breach of confidentiality)
I paid 3 payments totalling to R2135.00, the last one for R500 was on the 09/11/2013
At this stage, I was under 2 months in arrears.

Abbey Modisokeng, returns on 14/11/13, leaves a card that says R10086.40 &if I don't settle that in full, my car would be repossessed! This was incorrect account information &done to SPITE me only to send my account to Kredcor, a Collecting Agency

All I needed was a little time, 2 or 3 months as I am working now to pay this off & there was no understanding, our account was handed over unfairly, last year car payments where late because an investment paid out late, Jason Du Plooy from the same dept handled my account fairly&with ABSA etiquette, what happened now?
