Our PTZ camera was hit by lightning on 28 November 2013. Ive logged a claim with Absa on 5 December 2013. Received a sms saying that someone will contact us within 48 hous... this didn't happen. We have been calling and calling and we just get put on hold and then get transferred from the one person to the next. Even a manager named Danie promised to call us back but he didn't. Claim no. 2497947. We are going on holiday on Friday and need them to sort this out!!! Everytime you phone you have to hold on for half an hour just to get placed back in line again.
