I have a Gold cheque Card. I have alwys viewed payment history of my beneficiaries but last month and this mnth i have been charged. I called the call centre to log the dispute. I receivd a call from Thabang Khalo who states that there is a charge if its longer than 3 months but there is no notification of this. My profile states that i have unlimited online banking, if you req a bank statement it gives the notice of the charge yet when you view history there is no notice, this is daylight. You cannot charge someone without them knowing. I did this yesterday and was charged 18 times for this which amnts to R73.80 for just viewing payment history, this is ridiculous. i want this credited on my account for this month and last month. I didnt even know what the charges where on my account for last month, i sent an email to fnb but to date no one responded to that email. This is unacceptable. There is a clause stating that one should be transparent with prices, FNB needs to be adhere to this as well.i told Thabang that i want to speak to manager, he told me to call the callcentre, then he says his manager is in a meeting at 3:20.he didnt know when his manager will be available...
