Bad Standard Bank experience

I have an account with standard bank and my credit card always goes off via debit order, just now they phoned me to say that it bounced and I need to pay x amount before 12pm today, should they take the payment off my account or will I do EFT or payment at the bank. At first I said I will do an EFT but going into my account my credit card was suddenly not available on my internet banking! I mean seriously! And why suddenly would my debit order not go off this month, I did bounce the month before and before that, and its pay day off the month.

While I'm at it, I'm also unhappy with the card system usually you get a notice if you can chance your account, I didnt receive any notice, my card expired didn't get any information from the bank at all, their response was they upgraded all my account types and some how they missed mine... I don't feel I can trust standard bank any longer. Viewing statement I also see inconsistencies, regarding the date reflected on the statement and the actual date of payment.

The sms service is also not helpful, is it acceptable to get the payment sms more than three days later after a deduction from a account...
