I am thankful to the fact that the insurance responded promptly to my claim, nonetheless I am terribly upset about the excess amount I was made to pay. the Insurance consultant who gave me the claim ref, said my excess was R300 yet when i was to receive a replacement, I was asked to pay R800.
Yes I paid the R800 because of reliance on the phone which was no longer working. i just want you to know that I am taking this with a grain of salt and will forever remain despondent.
