Nedbank double debited my account on the 22nd and the 26th of November 2013 for my loan account. On the 26th I had a relentless conversation with a nedbank consultant whom informed that a refund will be done within 48 hours. On the 28th of November a refund was done only to be debited again on the same day for the same amount. After an 11 minute conversation with Lebo at the loans department I was informed that a refund will be done later today. Nedbank should be aware that I am liable for three debit order costs and not one. I wanted to cancel the debit order only to be informed that they cannot and will not cancel the debit order.
