StandardBank Insurance demonstrates incompetence

Called to cancel policy only to be told the claim (13/0666216) is still open and awaiting further information!! Explained the Nicholas Morake (assigned to this claim) that I will cancel & NOT pay another cent to SBIB. And will seek action to recoup premiums paid - citing serious lack of communication (absolutely NONE!) and incorrect details logged by SBIB (received letter stating they will NOT cover cracks on walls - the boundary wall has fallen over!!! What is this assessor smoking!!) Not to mention the serious security risk of not having a boundary wall for 2 months. Nicholas says to wait until close-of-business "he'll see what he can do"!! Tried calling Martha Motsania (supervisor) to express my concern for these 'procedures' and inaccurate data - left voicemail asking her to return my call.
SBSA please dont bother with the automated response - nobody EVER contacted me directly.
