Around August I was phoned by Nedbank consultant saying I missed my account installment which was supposed to be paid on the 15th according to them. I told the consultant that my account is being paid through a debit order on the 25th, and seemingly when I asked as to who changed my debit order date, I could nt get a concrete answer. The following month (September) I was debit R700 more than my normal installment, and I was also debited 4 days before the agreed date. I phoned them about this, and they promised to make a refund which they never did until I arrange with my bank to do a debit order reversal. Same thing happened again this month and apparently I am told their system confused a debit of another client who is being debited on the 15th with mine and that is the reason why I was debited more and before time. In other words that other client was debited my installment and I was debited his installment!!! And of all the things, the most disturbing thing was that, they will promise to solve the problem and phone you back, which they never did, HOW PATHETIC!!!
