On the 11th of november i called mtn direct to order a samsung tab 2 10inch.spoke to Naydene.that very sameday i received an email to say application has been approved plus an sms affirming this... the email and smsalso stated that i will be getting a call from courier to confirm delivery..no phone call came and on thurs i called naydene a call and she said she would make sure that i get the delivery and she would call back... gist of the matter is its the 19th today
.still no call from courier and i have called over 20 times asking fr supervisors to call and some sort of help also spoke to phumi khumalo who wasnt helpful as i askef her to copy me emails sent to naydene as she was calling me after numerous messages left
.today i spoke to l naidoo a supervisor who promised to get back to me and also has not... this is service indeed.i hope someone will give me answers as to why i havent got delivery and when i will get it.
