I had a very minor accident, bumped into someone's car while parking, on November 10th. The car is insured in my mother's name, it's been in her possession for the past 3 years that I've been overseas. I came to South Africa on holiday at the end of September as I was inbetween projects in Asia. In this time i have been in Johannesburg, Newcastle and Durban, visiting friend's and family as one would when on holiday. I happened to be in Durban and my mother and younger sister came down for the weekend, on the Sunday i borrowed the car from my mother to meet friends for dinner and this is when i bumped the other car.
These are now refusing to pay out on the claim because they have somehow decided that I am in fact the regular driver of the car and not my mother! The policy my mother took out CLEARY states conditions for when the car is in an accident and the driver not the regular driver, yet they're refusing to honour that contract!
You people are!!! And you're of the worst kind because you claim to be looking out for women when in fact you look for every opportunity to take advantage of them! You're ABSOLUTELY DIGUSTING!
