I got a Samsung S3 on my Cheque account from FNB in last year and started paying for it in August of 2012
The contract is for 24 Months.
Then FNB has started showing the devices as a separate account on your online banking.
Since then they have shown the amounts left for payment incorrectly on that account, I have phoned them many times Emailed them and was promised this would be sorted out.
This is now more than 4 months ago and it's still not sorted out
Very very unhappy, this coming from the most innovative bank in the world
And whats the worst is the device on the account is shown as an Ipad not an Samsung s3???
