Emailed them 4.12.13 and 12.12.13. No Response

I have been battling with FNB for nearly four weeks and I don't seem to get any help. I have done a write up on Hello Peter and still no joy. I have spoken with so many people at FNB and no one seems to know what they are doing. Smart device department blames the cheque account department and visa versa. So back to Hello Peter. I had a personal and business account with FNB. I bough a Ipad through my account. I left FNB to go to Standard Bank. I forgot about the IPad. It was handed to Groenewald & Lubbe. My first payment was 1.11.12 of R500.00. It is paid. In March 2013. Someone open my account with out my permission or knowledge. They added charges to this account. No one can tell me what it is for and why. Premier Banking blames Smart device Dept. and visa versa. Gina Long has been of no use. Duncan Morris is supposed to have done it. He has not sorted it out. No even a call back. I Have been blacklisted for something no one can tell me why. I am tired of the incompetence of the staff of FNB and need this sorted immediately. Enough is Enough. I want and need my name cleared. I am also with Clientele Legal and they are just as useless. Will find other Attorneys to sort my problem.
