First National Bank
Defect on new laptop and lack of response

First National Bank is playing Hellopeter. They pretend to respond to keep you happy but they do not contact the customer complaining. Two weeks have passed and every time "someone will contact me urgently" and NOTHING HAPPENS.

I am seriously considering closing all my accounts and giving the laptop back to First National Bank so that they can pay the instalment every month. They are pathetic and there is NO SERVICE NOR ANY COMMUNICATION. What to do? What to do?

I am at loss for words.
