After I collected my Laptop via courier for guaranteer work, they only fixed the keyboard, and we were forced to pay for the screen for R800. Windows is not working properly after fixing the keyboard and screen, and it keeps on asking a key code, it will not download updates. Now the screen flashes a warning sign "hard disk failure" whereupon I took laptop for an assessment to PC shop in Centurion and it was confirmed that the hard drive was failing indeed.
What to do with these people? This laptop was damaged while in transit with the courier or when packaging took place and same was confirmed Casey van Zyl and Byron Lamb from "Let me repair" which is FNB's service provider. Repair nr RN52641268. Kindly advise urgently. We want to close are existing accounts with FNB, because of lack of service.
