Hi

I have been trying to contact ABSA insurance for claim status for the past 2 week with no success.
The only number that is answered 0860100876 and then refer you other numbers and then you go round in circles with nobody picking up the phone.

You can wait as much as 1hr with no result.

Are there still people working in the call centers?
