Bad Attitude Services First National Bank

Limited Services of Cash Deposit machines on a continues bases by FNB Standerton, This morning wasn't the first time that all three cash deposit machines services had limited service and no cash deposit can be made. Once I written in their complaint book, of this issue and a lady from FNB standerton phoned me and ask what the problem was, as I explained that no cash deposit machine was working after standing an hour in the que, she said there was suppose to be at least one working at that stage and she will look into it and come back to me, a few months passed and she still didn't get back to me, so it is no use to even write in their complaint book, because you can say now that First National Bank really doesn't care about their customers. Hopefully Hello Peter will make a difference this time. I feel like closing all my investment accounts and move to another bank. I can't even deposit the money inside their bank because you have to make a minimum deposit of R5000 per transaction, in other words they make sure that criminals will start notice when their customers come with large amounts to their bank. Endangering their clients at First National Bank Standerton.
