In November last year i contacted FNB call center to inquire about the devices they offer with their check accounts. I was told that the laptop they sell is i5, I ordered after than.
When delivery happen - i saw that the laptop is actually i3 laptop - I called the bank and they told me to give it sealed back to the delivery services and that they will cancel the order on the system.
However its MONTHS in a raw, i have almost R500 deducted every month from my account, and no matter how many times i go in the bank or call them - they always tell me how this was a mistake and they will return the money... they go trough checking that the laptop was really returned and confirm it... and tell me now all is sorted... until the next month!
they never returned anything and they keep deducting money for product i never had!
I am so upset already, i feel like moving all my accounts - cheque, investments etc - and not just mine but my kids and spouse too to another bank!
this is beyond unprofessional! I don't want promises. I don't want more reinsurance!
I want my money back and the debits to stop immediately!
